The space

Nestled in a beautifully preserved Victorian house, this cozy, spacious apartment occupies the second and third floors, offering the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The second floor features a welcoming master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and a private balcony that overlooks the iconic St. Paul’s Basilica—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in the stunning city views. Adjacent to the bedroom is a cozy TV and dining room area, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, and a stylish three-piece bathroom completes the floor.

A staircase leads up to the expansive loft on the third floor, featuring two additional queen-sized beds in a bright and airy open space. This floor also includes a convenient two-piece powder room, making it perfect for groups or families. Whether you’re here for a short getaway or an extended stay, this apartment offers both space and comfort in a location that can’t be beat.

Guest access

You’ll have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the second and third floors. Enjoy the privacy of the master bedroom, TV room/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom on the second floor, as well as the spacious loft and powder room on the third floor. The only shared space is the entrance hallway, which is shared with the downstairs tenants. Once inside, the entire apartment is yours to enjoy!

Shared Entrance: The only shared area is the entrance hallway, which is shared with the tenants on the ground floor. Once you reach the second floor, the entire apartment is for your exclusive use.

Staircase Access: The apartment spans the second and third floors, so be prepared for some stairs. The staircase leading to the loft is quite steep, so please take care when moving between floors.

Noise Considerations: Please be mindful that the downstairs resident starts work early, around 5:00 am, and is not very pleasant. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours. Quiet time is from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am on weekdays and from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am on weekends. This helps maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Additionally, please be considerate when entering and exiting the apartment. Also, on weekend nights, clubgoers in the area can sometimes be noisy, so please be aware that there may be some street-level noise.

Heating and Cooling: The building has central heating, but please note that the temperature cannot be individually regulated. If you feel too warm, we recommend opening the windows slightly for fresh air. The apartment does not have central air conditioning, but portable air conditioners are provided on both floors to help keep things cool during warmer weather.
Parking: There is no allocated parking for the apartment. However, parking can be arranged in the next block for $15 per day. Please request this in advance if needed.
